THE ONLINE YOGA CLASSES AND BODY ALIGNMENT CAN BE BOOKED THROUGH THE BOOK SYSTEM BELOW. 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU TO ACCESS THE ONLINE CLASS ON ZOOM (INCLUDING AN ID & PASSWORD IF NEEDED) AND A CLASS PLAYLIST, IF ONE IS BEING USED.

VINYASA FLOW

VINYASA IS OFTEN CALLED FLOW BECAUSE OF THE SMMOTH WAY THAT THE POSES ARE STRUNG TOGETHER TO MAKE A SEQUENCE. IN VINYASA YOGA, EACH MOVEMENT IS SYNCHRONISED TO A BREATH EACH MOVEMENT IN THE SERIES IS CUED BY AN INHALATION OR AN EXHALATION OF THE BREATH. EXPECT A LOT OF VARIETY BETWEEN CLASSES AS YOU MOVE FROM POSE TO POSE. 

POWER VINYASA FLOW

THIS IS AN INVIGORATING, POWERFUL, ENERGETIC FORM OF YOGA WHERE YOU MOVE OR “FLOW” FROM POSE TO POSE WHILE CONNECTING YOUR BREATH TO MOVEMENT. POWER VINYASA IS A FORM OF PHYSICAL FITNESS THAT BUILDS STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, CARDIO AND MENTAL STAMINA.

RISE & SHINE
THIS IS A DYNAMIC MOVEMENT CLASS ALIGNING THE MUSKULARSKELETAL SYSTEM. HAVING SUFFERED WITH SCOLIOSIS AND HYPERMOBILITY IN MY JOINTS I WAS IN REHABILITATION IN INDIA STRENGTHENING THE WHOLE OF MY BODY FIXING MY SPINE AND HIPS. THIS IS A FANTASTIC SET OF MOVEMENTS STRENGTHENING AND ENERGISING THE WHOLE BODY AND IS SUITABLE FOR ALL BODY TYPES AND ALL AGES.

 

PRANAYAMA & SLOW FLOW
BEFORE MOVING THE BODY YOU WILL FIND YOUR CENTRE AND CONNECT WITH YOUR BREATH. THEN WE WILL BEGIN TO MOVE WITH THE BREATH FINDING SPACE BETWEEN EACH POSE A COMBINATION OF HATHA AND VINYASA.
