About The Event
Our Yoga & Mindfulness workshop is carefully structured for all levels of yoga ability, from total beginners looking to understand how to embrace yoga techniques to enable them to rejuvenate their mind and body to more established practitioners looking to rejuvenate their mind and body. In this workshop we will be teaching the power of yoga through an in-depth step-by-step explanation and practical workshop on therapeutic yoga asana then finally there will be a yoga class flowing all the asana postures learnt together to really feel and understand the benefit on the body through this guidance of movement and breath.
This workshop will provide you with practical, step-by-step explanations about, and practice of, Yogic Breathing techniques that are going to benefit you in everyday life.

The workshop will finish with a group meditation entering into the Shambhala Garden of pure peacefulness.
This Shambhala Garden workshop is being held in the village of Great Bentley, in a beautiful barn conversion which is located in peaceful countryside and surrounded by beautiful farmland. If the weather is sunny and warm enough we plan to hold all of our sessions outside, however if the weather is not on our side then the entire workshop will be held inside in the beautiful large open areas of the barn which are filled with natural light.
Break: Tea/ juices and healthy snacks.
Lunch: Plant based Buddha bowl.
