About The Event

Our stress and anxiety workshop is carefully structured for all levels of ability, from total beginner wishing to embrace a change through yoga to more established practitioners looking to rejuvenate their mind and body. In this workshop we will be teaching the power of yoga through an in-depth step-by-step explanation and practical workshop on therapeutic yoga asana after there will be a yoga class flowing all the asana postures learnt together to really feel and understand the benefit on the body through this guidance of movement and breath.

This workshop will provide you with practical, step-by-step explanations about, and practice of, Yogic Breathing techniques that are going to benefit you in everyday life.

If you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed you're not alone and never should feel you are. Chronic stress and anxiety are conditions that afflict more of us than ever before. This simple workshop will take you on a journey to explore yoga as a powerful tool to find the breath, balance the nervous system, calm the mind and self regulate. We will provide knowledge on the mind, body and soul to rebalance. You will connecting with others moving through similar situations, learning about the nervous system, restorative yoga and mindful breathing techniques. Take a deep, sweet breath and soften back in.

There will be an insight of yogic philosophies giving an understanding of the mind, the body and the soul.

The workshop will be ended with a group meditation entering into the Shambhala Garden of pure peacefulness.

The Shambhala Garden workshop in Great Bentley is located in a beautiful barn conversion in the peaceful countryside surrounded by idyllic farmland. If the weather is sunny and warm enough we will have all of our sessions outside however if the weather is not on our side then the workshop will be inside in the beautiful open space filled with natural light.
